Our people are at the top of their game. Whether you are working with our seasoned event experts with over 30 years experience, or with less senior team members, Priority’s culture of passion, professionalism and enthusiasm is at your disposal.

Daily liaison with designers and project managers and the build team guarantees short lines of communication.

Louise Walters, CEO
Over 22 years, Louise has grown Priority Exhibitions from a one person start-up to a well-respected company with 29 employees.

A deep desire to get things right, from servicing customers properly to maintaining quality staff, has enabled Priority Exhibitions to prosper and be what it is today.

As CEO, Louise’s responsibilities are finance, legal and company direction, as well as remaining hands-on with account management. Her favourite part of the job is when customer’s are thrilled with the service Priority Exhibitions has provided them.

Outside of work, Louise still finds time for her passions: horse riding, farming, skiing (badly!), cooking, reading, boating, adventure holidays and interior design.

 

Lee Craner, managing director
With 29 years of experience in the exhibitions industry, Lee started on the shopfloor as a carpenter and then moved into the management side of the business. Now Lee’s main responsibilities are the day-to-day running of the business including managing staff, health and safety, processes and project managers, forecasts and cashflow, ensuring quality, plus overseeing procurement of machinery and vehicles, as well as logistics and operations.

Like Louise, Lee makes sure he still works closely with clients to keep his hand in the events industry. His favourite part of the job is ensuring that Priority Exhibitions provides excellent customer service for its clients.Outside the office, Lee is a sporty-type, enjoying camping, hiking, golf, as well as astronomy and watching Coventry City FC.

 

Gaye Williams, project manager
Having joined Priority Exhibitions in 2007, Gaye deals with new business development and project management.As a highly organised and meticulous person, she demands perfection – an essential trait for this job role!

She says the most enjoyable part of the job is securing new business and then seeing repeat business because the clients are so happy with the work.

Her clients include: Lifestyle Floors, Boen, Crucial Trading, Efficient Frontier, Gerfloor and IVC.

An outgoing type, Gaye loves socialising, cycling and following rugby, as well as fine dining, fashion, interiors and doing charity work.

 

Joe Ashton, designer and project manager
Having joined Priority Exhibitions in 1996, Joe enjoys unleashing his creative flair into designing exhibition stands but has recently added project management to his job role.

His career highlight so far was being mentioned in the Jerusalem Times as a successful British designer for Israel Tourism. He says his favourite part of the job is “seeing a stand built that I have created in my strange mind STILL gives me a massive buzz.”

Away from the computer, Joe likes to keeps fit, is an occasional golfer and has also renovated a 200 year old listed cottage which is now his family home.

 

Bruce Round, senior project manager
With over 20 years experience in the industry, Bruce joined Priority Exhibitions in 2003 and his responsibilities at Priority Exhibitions include new business development and project management.

His career highlights include securing the Israel Tourism account for a second three year contract, with the stand design winning Best Stand Award at Fitur Madrid and Stand of the Show at a Moscow show this year, plus the continued successful relationships over the past eight years with companies such as Babyliss, John Crane, Siemens and the large EIC/UK group presence at OTC in Houston.

When he has a gap in his busy schedule, he also finds time for cruising in his James Bond BMW, (his pride and joy) plus mountain biking, swimming, and skiing.

 

John Wosket, project manager
John has a truly diverse role within Priority Exhibitions, which sees him project managing and developing new business while maintaining a very valid input into the creative direction of the company.

He brings with him a wealth of project management and business development experience from a background in graphic design, marketing and exhibitions. With an eye for detail, coupled with creative flair John is always thinking outside the box and keeping up to speed with industry developments.

In the little spare time he has John loves nothing more than spending time with his wife and young daughter Emily. He has fully refurbished a Victorian Semi and Grade II Listed Georgian Townhouse in the past but is currently enjoying living hassle and refurb-free in a new build property.
